Hello everyone! You're favorite RAcast here back with some more screenies.
Mission Log 9.01.06 Todays adventure started in this really cool oriental type area. Very Nice. We encountered some crazy ass tunneling monsters. Very similar to another type of monster in PSOBB EP4 these guys where a total bitch to take on. Zalure. =( The area was proving too difficult, so we headed back to the space colony and assembled a strike force to totally own this game. I like to refer to them as Shitpeice and Goldbug. Our team was showing much success as we made it to the end of the stage and found a teleporter of some sort. A Boss pipe perhaps? We'll see... Now loading... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! LEEEEEEEEERROOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! NNNNNNJEEEEEEEENKINS!!!! Started flying in the air so I decided to snipe when... Oh crap he's coming at me! Similar to the dragon of PSO, His head is the weakest. However unlike him, every other part is incredibly tough. This was definitely a tough fight. In the end however we emerged victorious! Needless to say, we where happy. After that, I had to log and go to work. Donkey stayed on and decided to mingle with the people. When I came back on, Donkey had made a new girlfriend. She was all up on donkey. After we where done questing Donkey went to get some sreep. Meanwhile I decided to stay on for a bit more and explore The Colony some. Found a nightclub, but apperantly I couldn't get in cause I left my Hunters License at home. =( I think stumbled on to a nudity bar! Everytime I tried to go in though I got disconnected. =/ So I decided to go shopping. I purchased a new weapon and tested it out in the Linear Line Zone. Thats all for today folks. Hopefully I'll be able to make some videos and put them up soon. Hope you guys enjoy the screens. *On a side note, The Linear Line area is incredibly awesome when one has, "Forgotten Tears" by Hocico playing in the background. It synchs with the stage so well. --Breaker out! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. Back with more screenies. Today, my partner in crime Dj Donkey wil not be joinging me.
Instead, filling his spot will be various JP players. Lets, start shall we? Everyone was so floored by my awesomness that a moment was needed for them to recompose themselves since they all obviously creamed their pants when I joined their pt. Thanks to me, we easily owned the first area. However, My connection thought that those players where a bunch of rubes, so it disconnected me and made me join another pt. It was for the better as this new pt was owning shit way better. We eventually made it to the boss of the zone. Let's fightinig love! This sucka thinks he can escape my wrath by flying in the air, is he an ass? Does he not know who I am? I'm the AC9Breaker Bitch! Oh Shit!!! =( We went back to town and decided to get some more manpower, or Female power. This proved to be the deciding factor. For soon, we vanquished the beast! Afterwards we took a dip in the hot springs. Good Times. Thats all for today folks, intill next time! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. You all could've got S rank if you had Zeota on your team. I suppose there's always next time. Thing is, we don't know when "next time" will be, what with the indefinite server outage.

Everyone, back with what you need.
Unfortunetly, the host of our show AC9Breaker had a terrible accident while filimg a special on Dragons in Parum, and was eaten by the dragon. He'll forever be remembered in our hearts. So taking over his duties will be his twin brother AC8Breaker! To maintain continuity, lets refer to him as AC9Breaker shall we? Todays advaenture takes place in the ancient ruins located in the Parum area. We also have a special guest for everyone, Nisshoku! You may remember him from EP3's Hobo cup and various other PSO stuff. Lets get this show on the road! This new area was really huge compared to most of the other areas we had been in. The music was also really nice. This stage was much more intense then the others with the enemies coming out by the dozens Good thing I had my Ice shotgun for some crowd control, It was getting alot of use here. Nisshoku was doing alot of ballerina spins and donkey was mane heelz. Things where going fairly smooth enough. Or so we thought.... "its a monster!" These guys where everywhere! The trick to beating these guys with few teammates though is to eliminate the smaller guys that usually accompany them first. Protip: When you see one of those Behemoths stand on their hind two legs GTFO!!! Here we commenced are pincer attack on one of the beasts. Saved myself from a stomp by freezing that bastid. Then I made my escape. As I said before the zone was really huge, and really pretty. We came across this cool looking room and proceed to kill everything. Donkey doing what he does best. However the room would have a surprise for us... :0! Soon as he popped, he knocked me the fuck out. Delbiter style @_@ He was surprisingly agile and fast for a big guy. Also had plenty of different attacks. In the end though, we proved to be too much for him. /flex Thats it for now, intill next time! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. Sega = teh funny
By the time the US version comes out, the JP won't even have that "HUGE" advantage over the US gamers. Although, ST will no doubt stick to their original plans and keep the US behind with all the updates. Either way... KEEP TEH SPOILZER COMIN |

I don't want to stretch the topic so I'll just post links.
Check them out here: [psu screens] As I've said before, the game looks awesome especially with full detail/constant 60fps. The screenshots look a bit jaggy but you'll hardly notice it when you play. I'll try to get some movies in when I have time. -------------------- |

Hey guys! Your host AC9Breaker here back with some more spoilers. Your all already familiar with Dj and Nisshoku. Today, we'll also be having a few other people join us on our adventure to the wonderful world of PSU. Lets begin shall we?
Our adventure starts in this very cool Autumn looking region located in Neudeiz. Our objective, kill anything that moves. Of course, you guys know I'm too cool to get my hands dirty, so I let my crew take care of my light work. We traversed through the first region with very little trouble. We then started our exploration of NEW AREA! I think it was Hakura Temple? MORE LIKE MINES1 AM I RITE OR WUT!? OLOLOL!!!11 Holy Kamikaze-robots Batman! Kamikaze robots are available in two flavors, Blueberry and cherry. We are not resposible for any allergic reactions one might encouter in the consumption of Kamikaze robots. If you think Kamikaze robots are for you consult with your doctor first. Our adverseries where numerous, and our enemies where tough, but I wasn't going down without a fight. Our enemy wasn't going down without a fight as well, bringing out their elite temple warriors to meet us in battle. We eventually made it to the end. "Shoot 'em Down!" "Kamehameha!" You can't really see it here but that bastard was doing some crazy ass ninjitsu. Very cool. In the end however, we emerged victorius! Just narrowly. Our strike force then continued to explore the areas past Hakura Temple. Of course we where met by quite a few hostiles. But the mens morale was very high! we took our enemy down with strategic precision. No matter what came at us, we where ready to take it down. That doesn't mean we where never caught off guard though. You knew it was coming, me on my ass. Well, thats all for today folks. and here it is, your moment of zen. -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. Back with some more screenies!
Today we'll take a brief look over at World 2 and meet my other Charcter Swiper The Fox Here he is chilling in his room looking through his inventory. As You can see, I just crafted a Holy element dagger and just set it to my weapon palette. I combined it with a zonde elemental Pistol, works pretty well together. Here's my dagger in action. But enough of that. Lets get back to world 1 where all the action is. Here me donkey and a few pso-world folks pt with my NPC ho. Oh yeah, I recently hit level 20 and finally got my SUV. "Say ello to mah little FRIEND!" "I let my whip talk fo' me, my wrist talk fo' me, my gat talk fo' me, BAROW! Wat' up homie!?" I like this shot, I think it looks so badass, haha. and thats it for today folks, intill next time! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. I can't really say if he's any harder or easier but he looks like a badass. Click here if you want to spoil yourself. (The last few images) I have a bunch of story mode screens but I don't feel like uploading them all. -------------------- |

Ole-----!!!
>Everyone. Back with what you need, snaps! With the recent content update, we've been given access to a new world to explore. We got a lot of new goodies for you guys. Lets start! "SHOWTIME!" I got home from school and decided to have a look around in the world thats been unlocked, Moatoob. The city area seems way smaller then the others but really quiant. So I decided to head out into the wild and explore the world. The adventure areas though seems really really huge compared to the rest we've seen. wtfm8, Gibbles!? Didn't matter though, for they all fell by my lance. Flying things! "Burning Knuckle!" wtf, Swanton Bomb? Matt Hardy???? As you can see, I ran into a few PSO-World forum posters on my little adventure. Oh crap... Even though this was a C rank mission and I had like a 10 level advantage, these guys still gave me some work. I eventually cleared the area but had to run cause I had some stuffs to do. Later on that evening me and Donkey Hook up and explore the other region available in Moatoob. Wtf!? What is this Pokemon and shit? I swear to god those look like Hoothoot. "GTFO MY RPG!" Monster: "YOU CANNOT PASS!" AC9: "LOL WTF? GANDALF!?" Donkey: "LOL K" we ded These guys where pretty tough to melee. Just getting close to their spikes will inclflict damage to you. They can attack you from any position of their body. These guys also had a stomp attack, the area of effect however was way larger compared to other mosters we encountered with stomp attacks. I would even go as far as to say as it is equal in range to the dragons stomp. As if fighting one wasn't bad enough, you often times had to fight a whole bunch of them. very tough as mofo's. Also just about every one of their attacks would knock you back or knock you down. Which would be a bitch cause then they could take advanatge of you and get some free hits in while your down. "Attack his weak point for, MASSIVE DAMAGE!" =( and finally the rest area after the mission. I actually have a crapload more of screenshots to upload from last night. I'll be sure to do that later, so for now enjoy these! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. I get owned pretty quick by a gang of monsters if I'm not careful. You're not invincible anymore when you get knocked down. You're still open to attacks. Anyway, here are some snaps with 50% of the fat. Moatoob. Bar area Long Island Icetea plz Stunned Boss. Basically a reskinned Onma Gohg. You can find these guys offline but I don't remember seeing one with that claw sticking out of its knuckles... The videos make it look easy becuase people are usually over leveled playing in low rank missions. Or they have a bunch of people which definetly makes things easier. If your careless you can easily get your clocked cleaned. Its much more intense then it seems and I could only imagine how hard it is being a fo. For one there isn't a lock on like in PSO. Where you could cast a tech and expect to always hit. Forces actually have to aim their techniques. Then there is the constant PP managment and switching of weapons with the right elements for the enemies weaknesses. Its much more then what the videos could ever show it to be.

Yoyo everyone. Back with some more screenies. Here is part 2 of our adventure on Content update day 1.
After finishing up a quest, me and Donkey decide to hit the bar and get some drinks. The bartender was being a douche though and had water down all the liquor. Donkey was about to knock him out. Good thing I was there to hold him back. Alot of people don't know this, but Tanshin got all his smooth style and pick up lines from me. "Is you're mother a construction worker? cause I saw her working on some skylines in Parum." She wasn't down with Casts so me and Donkey left her with the bill and bounce to the deserts of Mootube. Donkey couldn't hold his liquor though, so he was having a hardtime focusing in combat. Fortunetly I was there to whip open a can of pain on those aliens. With my brand new SUV too. Some crazy ass huge alagator things that die surprisingly fast. A few peeps deicde to join our crew and help us stomp on some alien but. There's PSO-World Mod Guntz giving us support by singing the YMCA song. We finally made it to the end of the area, and the boss pipe. I personally though this guy looked way cooler then the first boss we fought that pretty much mimiced him. Ohnma Gonna or Oh mah gawd, whatever the hell his name is.. I had alot of fun in this fight. He was actually pretty damn tough. Huge rocks, Watch out! i think if it weren't for us doing a Crank mission, we would have lost. Eventually, we beat him and decided to leave the desert and explore new areas. Oh crap, new enemies! Holy purple balls of death batman! Even if megid doesn't kill you in one hit, it still deal alot of damage which seems to vary. A few of us chilling in the lounge area, getting our "danse" on. Megid AoE! This new area reminded me a bit of Hakura temple, multilayered and everything. But the feel was more like a mix between seabeds and Mines. !!! These guys self destructed on death too. Sinows! Pretty fast! No match against my power though. New rest, time for a photo shoot! Newish Area!? womzg wtf, MAN BAT!? Crazy horse, dog, elctric, monster alien thing! -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. As the NA release gets nearer, I figured I'd mess around with other things in the import.
I bought a halloween theme ticket for 5000 meseta and this is what you get. Sorry for the wussy looking PM. I haven't done anything with it online considering the "My Room" problems a few weeks ago. Update time which means more pics! A new story mode quest was uploaded, it seems to be a continued story from the offline story. I'm assuming that this is what all the "PSU expansion" talk was about.
So like the goal of this quest is take this girl out on a date and score. So I was like Lets go for a walk in the park and she was all like K On our walk some chick wearing a mask was like omg your Breaker! Can I tag along on your date. I was thinking 3some? lol K so I told her I convinced my date to let her join us. But then all of a sudden some haters showed up and began hating on my macking skills. They even start calling my girls names, so you know I had to whup some ass. So after I finish taking out the trash, me and my 2 companions finally make it to the spot. But then all of sudden this huge ass monster comes up starting trouble. Turns out the haters where behind it, and in the midst of the confusion kidnapped my masked girl! They sent out some drones to take me down but they werent enough. But then we made it to end and found who the true hater was. Ethan Weber and his little sister! Yeah, offline mode is much MUCH easier to level in, and your stats are way higher as well. Can't really even compare the two really.

RA is solid online, less "burst" dmg than hunters, but the DPS is equal if not superior because there is little to no pause between a rangers attack, save for repositioning. Now Force, i made a force to see what its like, and i must say at the early levels at least, it seems REALLY strong, maybe even stronger than HU's, but of course, not as durable.

The big flaw with FO that I notice is, esp. in RELICS, the time for the casting animation is to long and enemy has moved outta the way by the time the technic goes off causing wasted PP. Also I think the lock on is ass backwards, RAs and FOs should have it, since HUs have no problem hitting, though the strafting is somewhat handy.

Offline is super easy and its a good way to get an idea about what weapons/guns/techs you'll like the best online, due to the easy ability to level up PAs and techs. I played offline for like 5 or 6 hours and I've got numerous weapons in the +12 range. I can get them all to 30 in no time and get a feel for what I will prefer online.
As for online classes. HU's deal the most damage. RA doesn't match a HU's damage. A FO's tech does crazy damage and its usually better then the highest damaging HU PA per hit (Spear weapons get something like 140% amp at decent PA levels). The thing is a Tech shoots once for 600+, a HU PA hits 3 or more times in that one tech shot for 300. So, overall a HU does more damage at higher levels. This gap increases further, but techs become a lot easier to use. This becomes more of a pain against tech resistant enemies. Targeting becomes less of an issue when you get your ra-techs to 11. The range is fairly massive and you can aim terribly and still get lucky with a tag, making Relics a lot more bareable. Problem is that it takes a heck of a while to get your Ratechs to 11. Techs just level slower then PAs in general, many of which have wonky leveling schemes. My Radiga is like level 15, but Razonde is at level 10 now. Radiga took way longer to level then my Razonde. Both my Rafoie and Rabarta are at pitiful levels. |

actually i tried a beast ranger now instead of cast and i can say beast ranger are pretty amazing.unlike casts they actually have the evasion to withstand attacks(my cast ranger and hunters are always dirt napping because they cant evade for shit.) and can pump out some savage damage by shooting monsters in the face at point blank range with a shotgun. plus since your a ranger you actually have the ata to put the power blast badge to good use. my beast ranger does more damage with power badge than my beast hunter does with the accuracy badge, and if my beast hunter tried to use power she would spam 0's. i crafted a A rank shotgun and if i hit a monster with its elemental weakness it can 100+ damage per shot. so at lvl 11 thats 400 dmg and at lvl 21 its 500 dmg. my hunter is strong but she cant bust out that kind of dmg in an instant like that.

I made it to level 100 before bed, though it is impure at 80 Strike 20 Technic So I'll suffer a bit for higher ranked weapons, but I think the synth %'s are flawed online anyway. I will proly just use her to make junk for the shop and keep an eye out for cheap stuff.

wow am i gonna be the only AT beast ? >.> and forgive me for saying this but offline cast hunter seem kinda weak compared to beast hunter but i know things are diffewrent online. currently out of the 3 classes i like ranger the most. they can do damage on par with hunter if you know your elements and have properly leveled bullets. and so far i hate force the most. they do massive damage but diga is way to strong and techs take forever to level. with a newman force i casted mostly ra techs and with beast force i did mostly gi techs and some melee. currently it looks like i will be online in late december to early january. i'll have to kill all those psow beasts acting like dumb cats...

So, shall we greet the wild life and indulge in some rehash enemy AI? Hmm... He doesn't look too happy. Maybe he's got issues? It's dark outside. Time to light things up! (PS: More worms, JOY!) I'm guessing ST updated the AI of Maya, cause now she casts buffs that aren't avaliable yet (melee protection sheild and TAP~MST boost). Either that or she gains battle levels and I don't know about it. |
