Reminds me of something that happened to me....
My brother and his friend were sitting in the front seats of out step-dad's car, and being the little tagalong brother, I was sitting in the back. Several hours later, my step-dad and my mom were screaming about someone "ripping the speakers" out of the back. My brother was quick to point the finger at me for some reason, and my mom believed him. They made me sit in my room for hours and hours until I "tell the truth", until I just finally decided to give them what they wanted and "Admit" to ripping out these speakers. I must have been like 5 or 6 I had no idea what was going on. But, as a result, my NES was taken away, put in a paper bag, and put in the top of the closet where I couldn't reach. I beleive they sold it to the neighbors after that. I didn't get to play anymore video games for a long time.
