I don't know a whole lot about this quest but the page before you get online I think there is a message that says there is an event quest coming the 14th of this month I believe. I think you just have to fight some of those Felynx cat things although you technically can't kill them...maybe its a time limit thing? Anyhow I hope you can get some cool items for it =3

That why you bring Felvines with you. They'll steal that first before stealing anything else. Dive needs to chill. EDIT: It seems that the Felynes are the white, bomb carrying cats.
