I'm considering this once I hit lv20. Is the damage even worth it?

Yeah a warrior needs to block. Duel wield you get half the damage of the weapon in your off hand, and like 25% miss rate. Only thing you can kinda use for your advantage is using the off hand weapon to further increaste your stats.
