I don't know but that is bs. I will probably get this even though I don't want to, considering I told myself I wasn't going to get PSO Plus and yesterday I saw it in the store for $30 bucks and I bought it.  I will probably just be playing it for the offline tower runs though. It sucks because I think you have to complete Seat of the Heart first to get it (although that was a good quest) I just wish that I could have jumped right into the Tower quests. Zuo will have a running riot in there later.
