At the end of this month I plan to go to an anime convention with my girlfriend. This will be my first, and her second.
I plan on going as MK! Raiden Why is this here? As someone on the cosplay.com board once said (and I paraphrase) "Cosplay is the ultimate fanart!" -------------------- "Computers are incredibly fast, accurate and stupid. Well, just got back a few hours ago. I went with my g/f, my sister, her b/f, and a friend of theirs. My g/f went as a punk-rock version of Jounochi from YGO. My sister and the others didn't cosplay. I got some Pocky and a couple Gundam models (Deathscythe and Wing Zero Custom) from the dealers. Seemed like every 15-20 minutes I heard, "Rayden, can I take your picture?"
Then, when we were getting ready to leave, some dude comes up to and asks "can you please sign me?" I was like "Huh? This dude can't be serious." So I agreen and he hands me a sharpie. Half his body was covered in duct tape! He had a bunch of pictures and signaturse on there already. I was like "is there any free space left?" and his friend says "Yeah on his leg." All in all, it was a great experience, save for the arm/leg wraps kept unraveling. Next time though, time to bust out the tape. -------------------- "Computers are incredibly fast, accurate and stupid. Human beings are incredibly slow, inaccurate and brilliant.
