Everyone knows by now that heath ledger is playing the Joker in the new Batman movie. Some people were worried, others like myself were curious to see how he would do as he has never played a role like this before. I've not yet met anyone wildly excited about him yet. I swear too many people think the joker from batman the movie is how the joker should be. I think jack had a great performance, but when comparing his personality to the joker in the comics, they're hardly similar at all. I don't mean to be the comic snob here, or to say jack nocholson wasn't good, but he wasn't the joker I grew up reading. If heath ledger really is going for jack nocholson, he's in for some harsh reality. If he's going for the comic joker, we could have something just as great.
