Hmmm interesting.

Those monster designs are pretty sweet too. One of those screens looks like a greener version of Gustaberg, but I could very well be mistaken.

Here's another thought: the residents of Vana'diel must have insanely long lifespans. A day in Vana'diel is an hour in our time, so....

24 hours here=24 days there...

365 x 24 = 8670

So a year here would be about 23 years there. Looking at it that way, the Japanese that have been around since launch are friggin' ANCIENT!

I suppose there's a fountain of youth in those Taru magic books.
