I saw this in a topic on the PSOW forum. I'll modify the quote so it is slighty easier to understand.

"After 'you' FSOD, go into 'the' Online 'option' and select the character that was FSODed. While it's dialling, press b 'to cancel the dailing up' and let it save. All ur items will be back."

Does this work? I never tried it before.

Also I'll just post this info again after readign CrazyFX's post. If your FSODing alot when online, this is a common occurence when your GC ram overloads. This is caused by teleporting into a crowded lobby(not ship), which increases the chance of FSOD occuring, Since the GC needs to load up all those players in the lobby, the GC loads it up to ram. Also players sitting in chairs requires the GC to load up more info to ram. Best way to prevent yourself from FSODing when leaving a game is to enter a game in a lobby that isn't crowded. For example antares 8, lobbies 1~2 can be very crowded at times. Heading to lobby 5 where 'empty ensures that when you leave a game you won't FSOD.

Count me the fourth. I cleaned my disc though and it was fine.

In all honestly for bosses all you really need is:

A gun and/or melee weapon (Hunters)

Maximum of two guns (Rangers)

Hell you don't need anything (Forces)

Also most likely your best weapon is not needed especially when your playing with a full team so if you do FSOD during Falz atleast you really have not that much to complain about.
