Here's a link to a Chinese site in regards to it. The 4 screenshots suggest it could be a port of PSOX. There's talk of shutting down the original PSO PC servers. Actually yeas. They will. Ah-king has confirmed this to be true. Here is what he had to say on the matter.

The cheating problem in PC ver is very serious, people can use cheat codes to make all enemies to drop rare items(online)... In this summer, it has a hacked version for people to play PC PSO without paying HL, you will play it on the test server.
