I know that you can get a Photon Blast in C7 if you feed your Mag once. I play with alot of Japanese and I see that they get a fully charged blast after a few rooms like anyone else. My question is why don't they ever use the PB? Is there some secret strategy to keeping it at 100% the entire map? Usually they end up unleashing the PB in the last room after all the monsters are dead and the timer has stopped.
Anyone have any insight? |

I get the wasting time using a PB, but why bother gaining a PB at all? In difference to what you said concerning no bonuses, I have received Invincibility from a fully charged PB before. And I think the might of Golla unleashed on a room full of Belras, Sorcerers and Dels would compensate for the extra few wasted seconds.
I guess the real goal is obtaining a precious point of ATA. Does anyone know offhand what level DEX is when you start Stage 7, and how far it will need to be raised to gain +1 ATA? |
