They want money and the fans will eat it up. I don't know how many times I've read about FF fans wanting remakes to be made. Square would be silly not to give their fanbase what they want. I don't know if it will do as well as an orginal project, but it will do well enough.

the sequel is a nice touch, but i want and have ever wanted it a remake of FF7, because it could be done very beautifully i think
Edit: Though about all of the add ons for FF, i personally think its kind of a neat idea to make an entire series that FINALLY conincides with the others. |
