List perhaps a few games or features of the console of choice. It will give some insight into what these systems have to offer ;)

I'm in a tie right now between the revolution and the PS3, i hear they're making a new FF game for the PS3, and i am excited. They released no news as to what it's going to be, whether its a remake, a sequel, an online game, or a new game entirely, so i'm intruiged.

At the same time, all those old nintendo games, holy crap! In the end my vote goes to PS3, but this was not an easy choice. Metal Gear 4 for the PS3 was the reason my vote leaned to PS3.

Nintendo revolution, although it may not be on there, Mike Tyson punch out is like my #2 of all time greatest games ever made. Not only that but I really don't buy games as much as I use to, so buy the Revolution saves me from that trouble.

I voted pc, mainly because of PSU on the horizon. Like I said prior, I am not really that hyped for any of the new consoles. I think any money I would lay out for the newest system would be better spent on a sexier video card or more ram.

I will have to vote for secret option 4.
That being none of them really.
1. The new consoles are too expensive for the amount of use they would get.
2. I just bought a PS2 a few months ago... so it's entire library is still new to me. beigesmile.gif
3. I already own 2 Macs (desktop & laptop) so I'm not going to buy another PC.

Hrm... now that I think about it though... I am sort of interested in the Revolutions download options. Playing those old games would be really fun. But, not knowing the cost of the Revolution, I can't say if I would even purchase one.

Im where ever the good RPGs are. If I have to own the lot of them for that, then so be it.
Other then that Im interested in all three systems, all for different reasons.

> Xbox360: Xbox live has been the best online service I've experienced thus far. Tho, at the moment there aren't any real games announced Im interested in, I'm eager to see how much this system can expand the online world for consoles.

> Revolution: The downloading of past Nintendo games is a big plus. Nintendo has never dispointed me before when it came to the quality of their systems and games. I'm eager to see if they can rebound this generation and retake the market.

> PS3: The master system for 90% of console RPGs. The quality of their hardwear has been iffy in the past, so hopefully that'll change this gen - I have my doubts. Still, I'm kinda forced into this system if I want my Atlus, SquareEnix, Nippon-Ichi, and Capcom games.

Always been and always will be a console (and arcade) gamer. I like to keep up with the industry; technologicaly, creatively as well as the business aspects. My eyes are on all three.

I'm gonna have to go with the PS3, reasons being what others have mentioned already. RPGs, sequels for games like MGS, DMC buttrock.gif X-Box 360 there aren't too many games that excite me right now, not even Halo 3. As for Nintendo Revolution, idk Nintendo has disappointed me too many times, knowing them they'll charge $19.99 for a game download like their awesom nes games for the gba... beigerolleyes.gif

XBox 360...XBox Live is where it's at on console for online gaming and the new interface and pricing plans will only comfirm that, the PS3 wont even come close, plus it's coming out first beigelaugh.gif ...i will probably wind up getting all 3 consoles, again, and i just upgraded my PC at the end of last year.

Well, Revolution and PS3. Revolution because well Super Smash Brothers...ONLINE. My God, do you know what that will do to me!? beigelaugh.gif and the download games is a cool idea as well, and if I want any new Nintendo games (and I know I will) I would have to have a revolution. PS3 because of the already mentioned reason, RPGs. Also, I'm a fighting game man as well, and the PS2 dominated in both genres, and I'm positive PS3 will be the same. X Box...let's see, I got one for Christmas, and I play one game =/ (Capcom VS SNK 2 online baby) The type of games relerased for X Box have done nothing for me, so 360 can get the hell on haha.

PC all the way. All the new games comming out suck. Game makers lost site on what makes a good game. That's why I love my PC, Whenever they make a PC game it's always old school. Like Doom 3, it stays so true to what makes a good shooter game. It's suspenceful, has alot of action, takes alot of skill. And look at a newer PC game, which has recently been made for consol. Brothers in Arms. Another classic shooter. Great story, takes alot of skill teaches you alot about the story of normandy.

Now look at FFX it's story fight stroy fight. Storys are cool and all, but interface with a game is better. Like in FF7, when you got far enough in the game you were able to hop in a plane and go where ever you wanted any time you wanted, finding secrets unloacking side storys. Not everything is a straight line. The funnest part of alot of RPG's is getting lost in the game and trying to find your way back.

Like Neverwnter Nights there was so much to that game that if you did them all the game would take you maybe a year to compleat.

Games aren't even hard anymore, I haven't played a new game that was "hard" Like God of war, a simple hack and slash game, but it's too easy. now go back to Glden axe, another hack and stash, but that took skill and memory to beat. I don't know anyone that was able to beat Golden Axe, or Streets of Rage on the first shot of playing it.

I donno. Games suck now a days. I'm gann ago play Duke 3D.

HAH!
The best part about all of this is that you have never actually finished a game in your entire life.
HAH! X2!!
