This sounded kind of cool.

Video Game scores performed by full orchestra and choir

I just got back from this, at Hollywood bowl. It was really cool, the video game piantist (formally known as blindfolded piantist) guest starred and played a final fantasy song.

Aside from the stupid annoying kids that couldn't be a day over 15 sitting everywhere, saying "oh wow that is old school" over and over again, as if they somehow partook in what brings our generation nostalgia, simply because it seems to be the "in" thing now, it was an enjoyable experience. Damn noobs.

Sounds like a cool concert, and a good mix of old and new, western and japanese games.

I see they have a wide range of selections in terms of time.

You mean the ones with the NES controller that say "back in the day"? I have one of those, but I'm 24 so I have the right.
