I have to go with Elenor. I liked her so much back in version 1, that I made my own
 It turns out that "ELENOR" and "Elenor" are both bluefull, so I had a perfect copy without the annoying all caps name =P I never got to play Soul of Steel until it was added as an offline quest on GC, and that quest is just... wow. Maybe I should play it again now Elly is my 2nd favorite NPC. She's cute, she's FOnewearl, she's funny, and she thinks machines are sexy, what more could you want! Her episode 1 version is pretty boring though. I wish there were more FOnewearl NPCS, Rupika doesn't do anything but lay around dead |

I voted Paganini, because he has the most Pimped-out costume of anyone on PSO. You know that guy is rolling in the mesetas! He has a lot of PDs too.... I can't wait find out what he is working on in the next quest.
