Was debating on buying an Action Replay for the PS2,.

Sorry to highjack your PS2 Action Replay thread, but I was just thinking about this last night for the GC. Both of these systems have such a strong base in Japan, and there seem to be alot of games that only come out there... are any of them good? Can we even understand them?
