I dunno, After the first Grand Theft Auto I really stopped caring about the games. At first it was cool cause I had never really played a game like GTA for ps2. But when I got Vice City I found myself not really caring about playing the game or beating it. When San Andreas came out I couldn't see why people even cared about it. The only reason why it sparked some interest in me was becuase everyone and their sister was talking about it. But once thta initial phase went away, I didn't care about the game. I guess because I feel the game lacks aesthetic integrity.

And I can't disagree more with you, AC. I think the series has gotten better and better with the sequels. I think thats the thing. Theres too much to do! I thought I had beaten Vice City in till I went back and played it again months later with my cousins and realized I had a lot more shit to do. I wanna beat a game and move on to the next one. Kinda why I hate RPGs since they take a quarter of your life away.

When I buy it, I don't think I want to play anything else for the rest of my life. P.S. GTA IV looks awesome. Let the Achievments begin! |
