Your character remains the same and you maintain all your Cmode items, sadly your orginal character is gone for good.

:O dude that is scarry, im glad i got done with cmode on all my main characters, exept my FOnewm but he's not going through cmode anyway. that is totally crazy though, ST needs to do some serious server work....

OMG I'm not doing cmode with my main characters anymore. But that does seem like a really crazy way to level. Go for S Rank with a new character and you don't have to worry about raising your character mag for the first bunch of levels

Apparently your character changes. but you only keep your EQUIPED item you obtained in Cmode. No TP mats. Also I think the glitch only occurs if you FSOD(as rinn mentioned) in C9.

I'm not sure who these JP contacts may be or how reliable the information is, but "faulty Gamecube" leads me to understand that this is more of a hardware problem than the server or game itself. I would think this is a pretty rare glitch since there are tons of Bu-eis out there and this is the first report of it.

I'm not going to worry about it too much, if it happens, it happens.
