Apocalypse Tribe HQ _ Phantasy Star _ Transform!

I'm kinda happy that the other day I got a Mag card and it changed into a Blackking Monkey bar, and a while before that a Demonic Fork changed into a Charge (Action) card.

Anywho what kind of cards have you gotten through the Transform bit?
