The game has gotten some solid reviews. I don't know if I will pick it up anytime soon. I've got no issues with J-anime style rpgs, heck, it's mostly what I play, but I've about had my fill with kawaii style rpg characters. If the game is fun, I'm all for it.
What I'm really looking foward to is Star Ocean 3. |

Anyone grab this game yet?
I got it last night and played about 30 - 45 minutes. I like what I played so far. -------------------- |

Same here Uni and i love it...i just want to get a little more accustomed to the battles though...so far all i do is hit A and occasionnaly go in item to heal someone.I'm sure there's a lot more you can do,like all the settings you can change to have better control of the action during battles...i guess i'll have to look at the manual.

The only thing i don't like that i heard they changed for the North American release is the "Zskits" don't have any voice-overs.It would of been so much better, especially since most of the voices so far are very well acted...i think the one who does the voice of Llyod is one of the voice actor for Teen Titans.

Yeah, Riel, I noticed that too. And at first, I missed a few of the early sentences because I was expecting them to speak it. I think the voice acting is really good also. At least they are showing some emotion. I wasn't expecting the heavy storyline though. "The Chosen"? hehe...
Oh yeah... I picked up my art book today. I preordered and got a free art book. It's so-so. Nothing great. But, it was a freebie so I can't really complain. -------------------- |

According to a friend of mine who played both the US and JP versions, there was a sound test cut out of the US version, as well as the opening theme, Starry Heavens. If you want said song, come and find me.

Some of Zelos text was edited, chars renamed, rename gem removed. Yadda yadda... Although MLLMB is tales perfect transition into 3d, the battles in ToS are pathetic easy, minus some of the bosses. (Hell even the last boss was a joke) |

I'm just gonna go right ahead and say it. Kyori doesn't like ToS. Though, dont everyone take the bad news to heart, it may have been very easy, but i still had fun |

Do these look demonic to you? Also, the last boss really was so pathetic that I decided to try an all girl party with AI control for giggles. In swimsuits to top it off! MWahahah. They're really that much of a pushover.. |
