I've found a couple of good sites with some of the latest fan-subbed anime.

Both sites require BitTorrent to download the stuff from their site. The link to said program is graciously provided on both. If you liked Gundam Wing (or any other incarnation of the Gundam series) then Gundam Seed is definitely worth checking out. Now I just wish there was a tokusatsu one (sentai, metal heroes, kamen rider et al).
