Looks good to me, my only suggestion is nothing lower than a 6800 class video or equivalent from ATI. Also a 2nd gig of ram is very nice if you feel like splurging though id put the video upgrade over a second gig of ram.

For preplaning overclocking, invest in some artic silver thermal grease, and a zalman aftermarket heatsink/fan assembly for your video card.
