I still can't believe it. Its kinda crazy, I mean I know he was overall a really bad dude. But there is just this uneasy and overall bad feeling of uncertainty that I just can't shake off.

But there is just this uneasy and overall bad feeling of uncertainty that I just can't shake off. Actually. . I feel kinda the same way, it's kinda creepy. No doubt more violence is gonna erupt from this, but on a slightly larger scale I'm just gonna assume. That's just me though. -------------------- |

I have alot of mixed feelings about this.
On one hand, at the end... he was an old, feeble, pathetic man whom ended his career of tyranny and oppression with very little dignity, which i think kinda made his current state somewhat sympathetic. I don't think he deserved to be executed because "bush thought there was WMDs in Iraq" or things like that, but if you think about the 10s of thousands, maybe 100's of thousands of his own citizens he has ruthlessly used chemical agents on, executed for very little reason at all,Did you know he started his political career as an assassin? yes, before he was even 20 years old, he had assassinated one of the former leaders of iraq, thats how his family got power of the country, and when he finally became the one in power, he executed every member of the Iraq government that wasn't kissing his ass. and the countless other atrocities he's commited in his lifetime, i can't say the world will be any worse off without him in it. or his sons. So in closing, see you in hell sadam, don't let the proverbial door of life hit you in the ass on the way out. And thanks for being the butt of american jokes for the last five years. I would prefer if it was Osama Bin Laden dangling from a brand new U.S. Army necktie though. |
