Watching the streaming MS conference on kotaku right now:

Lips: MS singstar type game, but you can use any song you want, stream tracks from your iPod or Zune. Netflix tie in with 360, if you have netflix you can access over 10,000 movies online streaming to your 360 for no additional cost. Gears 2 dropping Nov 7th. You can ride the brumak in-game! New multiplayer mode "Horde" 5 player co-op vs. swarms of locust.  Fable 2 dropping october. Resident Evil 5 release date March 13, 2009. New XBL interface using the "avatars" previously leaked. Will be part of the dashboard update this fall. Integrated into games like Mii's. Can buy clothes and shit on XBL marketplace. Yeah, best trailer of E3 for sure. Watch the HD version for the full effect, though.
