It's awesome. I've been playing all day, and I was going to write a post about it's unexceedable awesomeness, but i'm wasting precious Wii time. I hope you understand my position here.

The best way I can describe Twilight Princess right is "freakin sick." You will be surprised that this one actually takes some time to get through, much like an epic rpg of Final Fantasy calibur. I been playing pretty much non-stop except I had to work today. My game time is at 16 hours or so, and I'm just now able to enter the 3rd dungeon (the early dungeons are way longer than any Zelda to date, and challenging). Much unlike Ocarina and Wind Waker where I blazed through 5 dungeons on the first day. For TP I played all day and got to half way point of the 2nd dungeon. Checking some forums right now, most people are no further than this. There is a lot of variety in gameplay too, so you never know what is going to be thrown at you to advance through the game, while you still have the classic Zelda quest layout similar to Link to the Past and Ocarina.
The game gives you way less hints on what to do than any other Zelda I have notice. I have been stuck many times, and from looking at forums the same applies to others. The game is very environmental/visual so some clues are remembering back to something subtle that happen in a cutscene hours back, or remembering passing something you saw. Last thing before I get back to the game. I've found one secret cave, so far, and man that sucked up a good 20 minutes. It was worth it though to keep going through it even though I was on one heart left, no arrows, and down to my last drop of lamp oil(after two refills too). Really had my heart pounding. Thats another thing dont expect stuff to give you hearts back like they used to. Oh man, third dungeon time. This post has been edited by Scan_Man: Nov 20 2006, 09:06 PM -------------------- |
