PA Fragments are used to get ultimate PA's info from PSO-World regarding upcoming JP patch

While also not on the site, this link outlines the prices of what you'll need to trade in. For example, it takes a whopping 99 PA fragments for Megid, and Tornado Dance. Might be expensive, but hey, these are classified as the ultimate arts. Get PA fragments by getting S Grades in S level missions. 1 for every S grade in an S Rank mission, or 10 fragments for the first time you obtain an S Grade in a story mission when your character is level 60 or beyond. well you do get one for every s rank mission completed so, I don't see it taking long to get to 99 or more. also the JP's are getting this, this week so we wont see this till Jan maybe Feb

Plus there has been speculation that you can get 10 PA fragments by getting S rank at level 60+ on story missions.

Buy scape dolls buddies, cause we're gonna be using them like crazy to get these god damn fragments S rank. 99 Shouldn't be too hard to get, but we want THEM ALL, so getting two or 3 PAs is going to be time consuming.

could be worse, we could have to level each PA to 230+ get a weak ass version of the weapon and do 300 more PA's then fight some annoying ass battle for each ultimate PA skill
