Anyone planning on seeing this? Or already seen it?
I plan on going tonight or tomorrow night.
I read some reviews...
well.. they weren't that good. =T
I'd have to watch it since I already seen the other 2.
Gotta finish it up ya dig?

word has it that the final film dropped the ball.. =/ this doesn't look good, all the mystique of the martial arts is now replaced by a drawn out mech-war; coupled with the underline if you haven't absorb all the elements of the former films, games & animations ~ then you will have no hope of understanding the 3rd.. Oo

...

my initial reactions were ~ ouch.. =/ & matinee.. ;p

In my opinion the second film dropped the ball. I do want to see this one though, the Mechs look pretty badass.

Bah, I enjoyed the film thoroughly, as I did the second one. Was sad after the movie ended too... just knowing that this was it. And dropped the ball? What do you expect? Really now... what is it that you wanted to see?
I did read one review before I saw the flick (was in the paper and I couldn't help it >_>) and it was mostly negative. Did I expect to be disappointed? Certainly not! I've grown attached (so to speak) with the characters and was quite excited to see how this third one progressed. Sure, I wish a couple things could have been different, but I didn't write the story. ;D

For the sake of not spoiling the film, I'm not gonna mention anything in detail from the film itself. I will say that the "mech" scene was pretty damn awesome. Other than that, a couple scenes kept me on the edge of my seat as well.

I don't mean to rant... I guess I'm just not the "critic" type. I watch these things to enjoy them, not analyze them. ;p
(not to be taken as a cheapshot!)

Go ahead, brand me as a mainstreamer now. ;D

In reference to Reloaded, I expected a movie as good as the first one, Reloaded just plain sucked ass<--------Just my opinion.

I didn't go to it to analyze it, I went to see a great movie and to enjoy it. It just didn't do it for me. I'll probably go see the new one this weekend.

Don't hate on me because I hate on Reloaded beigelaugh.gif

~not at all, if you say it's worth watching, then it's good enough for your's truly; i'll probably see the film saturday at mid-afternoon ~ i'll want to see & think without distraction of lots of peoples.. =} a friend of mine also liked it & stressed that i should see it ASAP ~ dunno if anyone here is into Mage: The Ascension, but he informed me that the 3rd had elements along the lines of what Virtual Adepts would perceive as their view of Ascension ~ now i have to see the film on principle.. =.

in regards to the 2nd film ~ by itself, i'll admit that the story was fragmented & very confusing; that is until i played the video game & watched the Animatrix...then it all became much clearer.. =. there was an abundance of information that it would be near impossible to squeeze it all within a 2-hour film..

My Review:

THIS MOVIE KICKS ALL KINDS OF ASS

The plot was pretty weak compared to the original, but holy crap the action is just amazing. Great edge of your seat, fun movie
