Bethesda finally released the teaser for Fallout 3! It looks like they have a good feel for the Fallout visual style, now lets just hope they can carry on the spirit of Black Isle's gameplay and story writing as well. The Washington DC setting looks [Mega Boss], notice the washington monument in decay in the background as the camera pans up
