PA Fragments are used to get ultimate PA's info from PSO-World regarding upcoming JP patch

First things first:

-Episode 2 Act 5: Valley of doubt.

This story mission takes place in the Bistonia Canyon. NPC in the spotlight: Lucaim Neve.

-The rewards for Acts 1-4 have been changed again.

Now the part most have been waiting for: Skill License!

Even though the main site calls it a mission, its really just an item trade room ala Gallon's shop from PSO. In this case, you will be trading off PA fragments for ultimate level Photon arts!

The skill license rooms come in the flavors of Skill License (for SAs) which can be found in Moatoob's Guardian HQ by speaking to Tonnio; Bullet License (BAs) which can be found in Parum's Guardian HQ speaking to Lou; and Technique License, invoked by speaking to Maya at Neudaiz HQ.

While also not on the site, this link outlines the prices of what you'll need to trade in. For example, it takes a whopping 99 PA fragments for Megid, and Tornado Dance. Might be expensive, but hey, these are classified as the ultimate arts. Get PA fragments by getting S Grades in S level missions. 1 for every S grade in an S Rank mission, or 10 fragments for the first time you obtain an S Grade in a story mission when your character is level 60 or beyond.

Yak Zagenga - Crossbow - 75 - Does damage based on your HP. FF6 Atma weapon?
Kyumeisei-shiki - Card - 60 - Gives HP back on damage dealt.
Mayalee Fury - Machinegun - 75 - Lowers accuracy but raises overall firing rate.
