I'm curious what people are doing these days. What games people are playing, what jobs people are working, break ups, new relationships, mischief, anything! We have spurs of traffic but people post to their likings. I want EVERYONE on this one!
I'm working a new job called full blast, i'm back in the arcade business because the pay rocks and it's one of my bosses from another job who is the man!
The relationship I was in for 3 years ended in sept. and i'm re-living the single life! Things are going very well though because i get to work and get lots of money! :D
I'm still playing FFXI and I'm eagerly awaiting KH2 and the new MH games as well as PSU. I also can't wait for the movie line up for this spring because it's gonna be unbelievable!
Ok, your turn!
I'm working customer service for American Express small business credit cards. It is the 2nd most soul crushing shitty job I have ever had. The pay is not bad, though... but it sucks so much at this point I am looking for a new job now after working there for about 7 months.
As far as relationships go, I maintain my status as Lord and Master of the friend-zone.
On the plus side, I recently finally paid off my car, so its tottally mine, not the bank's!
Games I'm excited about are, GRAW(wwwwwww!!!) and Oblivion on 360, MGS3: subsistence on PS2, and those new Monster Hunter titles look cool too. Anticipating PSU natch, but I'm really mad that it's delayed till whenever, so I don't really think about it.
While I'm waiting for those games to come out, I'm sharpening my skeelz on Ninja Gaiden Black, Devil May Cry 3: SE, PGR3, and finally going through Silent Hill 4, and playing through GTA:SA for the 3rd time (I can't stop myself!).
I'm still non-compos-internet though, which really sucks because I have a burning desire to get back into FFXI again, what with the new expansion and all. And also of course MGS3 and GRAW's awesome online modes just laughing at me from the broadband realm
I'm going to see UltraViolet this weekend, and V for Vendetta later this month!
Wir: what are you doing in the arcade biz? I used to work at one, but I got sick of all the grubby little kids barfing on the arcade cabinets and taking forever to pick out what to buy with their 7 goddamn shitty tickets.
Oh yeah, I'm also hotly anticipating the new Tool and Yeah Yeah Yeah's albums
Let's see... going to school full-time and currently playing EverQuest 2, Grandia 3 and Tales of Legendia.
Still with the same girlfriend and we see each other every couple weeks or so.
Currently looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 2 and, of course, PSU.

Playing FF XI mostly, I got to level 75 a few days back. (If you didn't know I play, it's because my character isn't on Bismarck ) I play Monster Hunter from time to time as well. I also just recently beat Grandia III, fun as hell game it was. I'm waiting on Kingdom Hearts II to drop as well, excited to play it. PSU and MH 2 are also on my want list, but both are still a while off it seems so... meh. No job at the moment, pretty much just sponging off Financial aid for the time being haha. Classes are pretty interesting this semester, and the weekends are full of alcohol lol. So on the whole, I think I'm doing ok haha.
Groundhog day over here.
After getting turned down by my universities of choice, planning on going to a community college for two years then transfering after that. So I've been trying to register for the summer semester.
Also, I've become the ultimate nanny for my family. During the week I head out to my brothers places and stay there to watch his kids for him. Since both he and his wife clock in crazy hours, I'm there all day. Diaper changing, bathing, cleaning, scolding, cooking, hoping they will go to sleep so I can relax a bit, yup I'm doing it all. Luckily though, I have a DS and I am able to catch up on quality gaming time thanks to it. Also I make some good pocket money so its all good.
On the weekends I go back home and either chill hardcore at home or hang out with my cousins. Thats also when I get to squeeze in some console time. Usually just to play Monster Hunter. I also realized that I no longer like RPG's. I purchased Kingdom Hearts for the PS2 A few months ago but have yet to beat it and probably won't becuase I feel so dissapointed. RPG's are all the same thing, nothing new, nothing interesting, except for a storyline. But if I wanted a good story I would much rather read a book. If it wasn't for the catchy J-pop tunes and my curiosity on the use of Disney characters in the game, I probably would have never bought the game. I'm really looking foward to getting my hands on Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure. Boasting a soundtrack of the Hip-Hop I listened to when I was growing up I'm really eager to get my hands on it. Not to mention the game itself looks pretty sweet and different from what we often get. I was actually going to pick it up last night but saw there was a special edition version out so I'm opting for that.
Games I'm looking foward to is MGS3: Subsistance, Monster Hunter 2, & PSU.
On the DS side, like 1trillion titles. But #1 on the list is Metriod Prime: Hunters
Movies looking foward to: Xmen 3 and Spider man 3 and thats about it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0417148/

I work five maby more days a week with a night shift (4pm-12am), security. I was promoted to supervisor and am one of two under a manager.
I stopped playing ffxi before SE started with the antiRMT measures last month and moved on to World of Warcraft, which has it's own problems but less stressful and funner then ffxi, which is a good thing cause I get to much stress from work as is. Though I still have my ffxi account active and hoping the next expansion will be worth wild and not the bull of cop.
I havn't played much off line games recently since stuff I've been waiting was ether lackluster or keeps getting delayed (I'm looking at you Nintendo). What off line gaming I have done is mostly at work and on my ds and even then its mostly gba games.
All and all, I'm pretty good though
Still dating the same girl (Jenn) I have been dating for a little more than 3 years now. Been working the same job for 2 years now...which would be the longest I've ever had the same job.
Work my crazy 7on/7off schedule still. Work had allowed me the time to listen to any Stephen King audio book I can find...I've been at it since last July and I'm not quite to the half way mark.
Go to school full time, have about 2 years left to go for a BA, and then I'm thinking about moving on to grad school...or doing a year of aimless wandering in Asia.
Finally got around to cancelling my FFXI account after letting it sit idle for 4-5 months. Looking forward to the US release of Beatmania, Phantasy Star Online, and currently deep in to Knights of the Old Republic.
All in all good times abound.

I see through your ruse, Wiryu. This topic is a thinly veiled trick to get some converstaion going and incite some good vibes and the like. I got it all figured out.
I'll bite.
I just got done with a month long training tour which took me to some far flung locales all across the north american continent. Things are looking like they will be back to normal in no time, and I have a couple big projects on the burner for ATHQ, more info on that soon.
Game wise, Bryn and I have been rocking out with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guitar_Hero, and I am considering picking up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warhammer_40,000:_Dawn_of_War.
See that wasn't so hard, what are the rest of you up to?

I've been battling this really nasty cold last couple weeks, hoping it clears up before my birthday rolls around.
(wait a minute, i think i've had like 5 birthdays this year.)
Still holding it down for AT on WoW, smashing squishy alliance fodder whenever possible. and dabbling in the higher dificulty levels on F.E.A.R., which are rather challenging.
Dive, WH40K:DoW is exellent, pick up the expansion while you're at it.
I'm doing good really, working the usual 5 weekdays 5:00 to 11:00 in construction (I'm gonna look for an indoors job come summer tho) in free time, hangin at my place myself, or acting as a friggin taxi for my friends. >_>
I like to spend my time available drawing, sketching, or as of late. . GTA San Andreas, which I scored for the bargain $20 for PC. I'm not much of a gamer these days, but SA really has a hold on me, and I know I should be doing more productive things.
And I'm just out and about on the web, keeping a watchful eye on AT.

These last few months have had its big ups and big downs.
I'm now knee deep in my junior year of college still doing Computer Animation. Everything is going smoothly as far as classes go, so my professional life is just fine. Once I put together something worth while I'd love to showcase it for you guys.
Last November I fell for a pretty special girl, but things didn't work out in the long run. We seperated alittle over a month ago. At this time I'm just pulling myself back together, refocusing, and planning to better myself in every aspect I can. I won't say that it was a total disaster, but I'm greatful for the life experience the relationship brought me. Besides the wounds and scars, I'm confident I'll pull through and be a better man now. Hey, right? My life right now is basicly school, catching up with good friends, and internal repairs.
I haven't really been gaming much except for random bursts of Mario Kart, and 1vs1 Smash Brothers matches with my younger brother. Pretty much awaitng the same games most of you guys are; Monster Hunter, PSU, KH2 and FFXII.
Hehe, sorry if my tone seems kind'a lifeless but I would have to admit I'm not all that back together yet. But I'm working on it!

Badass, you still play it bro? If I get around to picking it up, we should have some matches. What army do you play as? Here's a shot of an AT Predator from the http://apocalypse-tribe.com/athq/index.php?showtopic=1496. |

lately ive been obsessed with Brenner the new type of ballista they added its awesome. its so much better than ballista and is a lot like capture the flag with some twists.detector type mobs guard your flag/torch and cast tier 4 -agas and stunga to protect your flag/torch.and its not simply a matter of grabbing the flame then booking back to base you have to destroy the container its encased in.provoke is finally useful in pvp,a pld provoked me and when i tried to cast cure 3 on myself it made me target the pld....
in the real world my life is fairly uneventful heh

I revive my ploy. There is still people who have yet to post, and everyone wants to know what you're doing because you read what they were doing. ;)
