While this could be a "concern" for DCFS and all. They aren't really going to put the time/money/effort into something so minor. The parents are taking action and responsiblilty for the child. When you think about it..."A teenager got into their parents alcohol and got drunk!" is nothing new, special or different...infact I remained fairly drunk on my parents liquor through good portions of high school.
