wtf really? I thought Alienware was such a high standard. So you have to wait another month to get it fixed? isn't there an Alienware authorized repair service anywhere near?

yeah i have to send it back to there headquarters becuse it was defective from the factory... and yeah i too was under the impression that alienware was great but upon looking into this further i have discovred that it is alienware's "Tech support" that has gotten all these great reviews and there actuall product only gets a 6 ot of 10 rating on inital costomer satisfaction... so yeah.... but ill have to admit the guy i talked to on the phone was helping me try everything to make it work me and him worked on it for about 2hrs+ when he finaly came to the conclusion that my motherboard has a defect or was damaged during shiping and in there defense one side of the box was pushed in slightly at this point i cant remember if it was the motherboard side or not but there was no visible damage to ither the case or the board... so ither way i'm fux0red my birthday present is looking more and more like a christmas present cry2.gif
