There are some who smoke all their life and avoid all the associated health problems. My grandpa did it since age 3 and he lived to 81.

How does one start smoking at 3? Seems like a cigarette would be too much for a child that small.

He had a 13-year-old aunt that thought it was cute to see a kid smoking. This was back in 1923, so no doubt this wouldn't fly today.
