oct 17 - nov 4, 2003 CE..

On the 17th October the yearly halloween even & quest will be added, the reward for this quest is cakes. Collect 8 different flavour cakes and you can obtain Jack-O-Lanterns from which you can get the Mag Cells.

The quest takes place in jungle, mountain & beach, beware of the Halo Rappies as they like to play tricks on you!

~mag cells : soniti, pitri, opa opa, chu chu, kapu kapu, chao, robo-chao, pian, churel & preta..

~tomorrow night, the hunt begins.. =D i'm determined to seek out both pian & robo-chao cells; the description of the quest looks to be lots of fun - a perfect excuse to play at the beaches.. ^^

Actually, I don't mean to burst your bubble, but I think that the date you posted was just a rumored date. However, Sonic Team has confirmed that the quest will be going up now. ^-^

ST finally posted news today about the upcoming Halloween Quest. The Halloween Quest will be on PSOGC on Tuesday, October 21st and will last until Tuesday, November 4th. The lobby will change to the Halloween lobby at the same time as well. The quest will be an online Episode 2 quest and is playable for 1 to 4 people. Be on the lookout for Hallo Rappies in Normal to Ultimate Temple, and get your mag cells at the same time! You can follow these guides when hunting holiday rappies solo or multiplayer. Remember to join the discussion in the forums! Thanks to -STE-, our affiliate, for sharing this news. So guys, finally, a confirmed real ST date and not just a rumored bogus Oct 17 date!
