Did anyone catch this last night? Spike TV is a cable channel that boasts it is " America's network for men" and features things like WWE, Most Extreme Elimnation Challenge, Slamball, and like minded programming. They featured their 2003 Video Game Awards show last night which ran for 2 hours. They didn't bother with any nominees, just simply showed the winners. Why am I not surprised? beigelaugh.gif

As far as Halo goes... *yawn*

I do agree with them about Soul Calibur II... Maybe not THE most addicting I've ever played but sometimes it's hard to put it down.

edit- really butchered that post ;x

true crime SUCKS. but i'm glad to see ray liotta got the award for GTA:VC. liota rules it. i don't think halo pc should have won best pc game.. so many better pc games out there.. plus it was pretty much a straight port of the xbox version with a couple of extra weapons and stuff. big deal!!

Bah, lame, lame, and more lame. True crimes does indeed suck, as does spike tv. Way too steroptypical for my tastes, almost as bad as BET(yes, I can get away with saying that. Just like a black man can get away calling each other niggers.).

"BAH!!!"

I can agree with a few of the choices, but seriously, their mind set is so "sterotyped" it is almost sickening. While I do like most entertainment that is geared toward guys(boobs ,guns, action, etc...), if you can't appreicate anything beyond that, you really have no right reviewing anything.

IMO, of course.
