I think a US Cmode block has been tried before and failed so I guess we see how this one will go. In my opinion I think more players will go to Alcyone 6 to find a good team.
What do you guys think? does AT support this decision?

hmm, its not a bad idea i suppose, sounds more like a place c-mode newbians would go to play with other newbs to learn the ropes, or die trying.
like crush, i end up playing with the tried and true AT cmode vetrans :D and i think anyone "in the know" about c-mode would indeed look to alcyone 6 before they would venture to the US block for a team.

I'd rather play with 3 people I can't speak with who know the map and what to do, then 3 people I can speak with who are just going to hog up my mates so they don't die.
If one person on the team sucks it brings down the whole team. I'll personally check it out see whats going on, but stubborn cmode newbs really make Cmode unfun.
It's cool that people can get together and play Cmode. If people don't go to deneb 4 to play then it's just going to fail, so you might as well check it out if you need to get in a stage...but make sure you have a map, cause I doubt any other teammates will.
I would upgrade the nCmode FAQ, but I don't really feel like it. The faq is outdated and has tactics and typos that need to be changed. No real time to write it...but guess I can sped a little bit of time to revise it.

I would think that a US ship would be full of newbies, and that wouldn't be cool. 
As Dyne said, I'd rather play with people who know what to do that I can't talk to than people I can talk to that don't know what to do.

I basically only play with AT's and Gamingcow's.

The bottom line is, the US cmode ship sucks. It did in the DC versions, and it still does now. Only people who don't know how to play cmode hit the US ships, because anyone who's a pro at cmode knows that the place to go is Alcyone 6 for cmode.
But by all means-I like having a US Cmode block, because all those people who are either newbs, or who *think* they know what they're doing ("Ive been through cmode TWICE now, I'm a pro!" *snicker*) will head to the US cmode block and stay off the JP one where all the serious cmoders go. So even though it blows, it's somewhat a good thing.
Just don't expect to find any real decent players there-they'll be few and far between.
