Full Version: ep1 and 2?
I've been warned by Knightsword that many people here are now playing ep3; that puts me in kind of a tough spot. Currently I am still without ep3, and am only playing ep 1 and 2.
Am I the only one left? Or are there still a few of you who like to give the old c-mode a go? Or the occasional run through the ruins searching for that elusive rare?

i still hop on to do a run of something, but for no reason other than to do the run. im not hunting a rare, or racing to level. all im doing is playing the game the way a game should be played:

im in EP3 though, im all for that. its the first and last game i play every day. i dont mind switching for a game or two periodically.

Yes! There are still a few (or more) of us that play PSO...when time allows. Personally, school has been taking too much time away from my schedule to allow for much fun with PSO...
Most of the time, lately, I will log on, look in JP/Alcyone:06 for a game to join, search for friends/chat and maybe look at the US ship then log off...if I don't find any friends to play with.
A few days ago I was just looking around and actually got some levels in...on the US SHIP!!! haha. Usually, I don't care much for the attitudes, but I think most of those people are gone now from PSO...got board of it.
I play the game in Japanese language setting, so sometimes I get some rather interesting comments from people in the US ship when I join a game or am sitting in the US lobby...I guess that is the way it goes.
My only problem with the English setting is that I can not type Japanese to friends!!! This is mainly why the game is set in that language...that and keeps me up on the language as well.
Well, you might find me in JP/Alcyone06, JP/Mintaka03, or sometimes in US/Antares08 (when I get board and try my luck on the US ship)!

Some one told me you moved on to pso1&2 plus and got a new memory card I think. So now I cant find you. :(
Yea quite a few of us still play. Especially C-mode. IM usually alawys up for a game so mail me whenever. But, you probably dont have my card. Although, you can still reach me since I have choice search on. Just go to an anteras ship and use destined encounter for the search option and you should get me. Im usually on Anteras 5. though from time to time I tend to wander in JP ships or Altair. So yea give me a holler.

Yes, I moved into EP1&2+. I don't know why besides that I wanted the new offline stages other than I have not played them...and wanted a HL to work with EP3...but it is release in US now so now it does not matter, although I only have my JP HL active now.
I like it more for the fact it is cheaper and you pay for 3 months at a time besides ending up with a bill on your credit card each month for another $8.95 or whatever it is now.
I don't play much now, but when I do you will maybe find me in JP/Alcyone06 lobby 1 or 2 and when I want to level maybe in US/Anteres08 lobby 1 or 2. I actually met a few people in Anteres08 that were quite nice to play with.
I use J language setting, so the first thing that anyone says when I type something not available on the E setting is..."are you Japanese?" then it comes "can you play in that setting?" Actually, it is not too bad. Almost everything is in English...if you can read the Katakana characters. They sound like their English names except where there is no sound that matches English. Actually, I have played challenge and everything in that setting since about 10 months ago and it does not bother me one bit.
Acutally, I have on occasion changed back to E setting then I am typing roman Japanese to my friends...I think romaji is difficult to read... >< So...I dislike E setting because it is so restrictive on what you can type.
Okay, I have ranted on quite enough I think.
I did change memory cards and tried to pass out my new guild card to players before I made a final switch to PSO+, but I did not get everyone...only like Crush, IVI, Lish I think.
I am on MSN messenger quite a bit at school. That is what I use at school to talk with friends so message me if you would like it. It might be easier if you want to arrange a meeting time!

Hm...I usually play characters neola* HUcasel LV1 , neola HUcaseal LV50, and Kali* FOnewearl LV1. FOnewearls are too easy!!! haha!! Maybe that rings a bell. I used to play VERY much in challenge about 6~8 months ago. I sat in Lobby 5 and talk ALOT with a player named Cocomi...along with some others.
Cocomi went though and thought me how to play TA in all the EP1 maps...very very good teacher. We played some 2-player maps together.
Since then, I don't play with many of the friends I knew way back when but I still keep in contact with them. I changed over to PSO+ so I no longer show completed status on my challenge stages and will not complete C9 until I can lower my times on other stages.
Most of my challenge games I play now is from invitation from friends or when I ask for help from my friends to join...but I rarely do that anyways.
I am just not online enough anymore to really get started heavily on chal again...but I still get mails "where have you been" when I sign on笑
Okey, maybe if you are looking for players for challenge we could work something out sometime when I am online and maybe I can grab a few friends.
