I don't know what type of games you guys play more often or what types of games you enjoy...but Champions of Norrath and the Baldurs Gate type games are great fun for 2 players.

It'd help if you'd tell us what kinda games you 2 like.

I'd say find a used copy of Front Mission 3 for PSX, off the top of my head, you won't regret it.
I'd day others, but they mostly be a bunch of FPS's and RTS's.

Hylide for NES. Several hours of nonstop fun there.
By all means do not take that seriously.

We really enjoy any type of game, as long as it has a good story and good gameplay.

Contra: Shattered Soldier (PS2) is a good co-op game (and a MANS game, prepare to smash your controller).
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles is fun if you both have GBAs, but I dunno if you can find that for 30 bucks yet.
Like JadeDragon said, Baldurs Gate: DA and Champions of Norrath are good dungeon crawer co-op games. Also look up Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel for a post-apocalyptic twist on the same idea.

Holy CRAP have you TRIED that in two player? You either need to play 1 player, or >2...because just 2 is simply IMPOSSIBLE. I sorta gave up on it in terms of two player gameplay...the bosses are just too tough and require at least 3 to tag team.
I have to try the single player mode soon.

Thanks for all the help everyone, we'll most likely pick up Baluders Gate. We both enjoy games like that, but can never play atthe same time. But not that w can we might as well do it.
Thanks again.
