This time it's even bigger than the last one! First Charley, which rendered so many homeless, now Frances. Looks like this one could very well engulf the state of Florida. Fellow Floridians, be safe out there.

This thing is supposed to knock out the power like before, and this time we may stay blacked out for 2 weeks.

Dunno if it will make it to the states, but there's another storm brewing and I think I heard it was about 5 days behind Frances.

Good to see that you are ok, DE. We got nailed really hard a few times, but somehow, we still have power. Alot of friends lost their power last night though. I took a brief ride during a calm phase last night and it was simply a mess. Traffic lights out everywhere, vegetation spewed all over the place... and just when you think it's all over, Ivan grows stronger.

It's supposed to be beating on Cuba on Saturday, then headed in our general direction by Monday still.

Well, thanks to this F%#@* hurricane, statewide fuel rationing is in effect, due to the pumps being sucked dry before Frances.

Another interesting fact that should be pointed out is the pattern of threes.

FIrst, there was Charley, the third named storm of the season, which began with the letter "C" which, as we all know, is the third letter in the alphabet.

Then, Frances, which is the sixth, and the sixth letter in the alphabet. We all know what 3+3 makes.

And now, Ivan, which is #9, and also the ninth letter in the alphabet. 3x3=9 as we all know.
