What is what? If you mean what is Gmail, heres some info: http://gmail.google.com/gmail/help/about.html
Basically, it's an email service run by Google that offers 1 gig of storage space, with file attachment limits of 10-13 megabytes. It's great for signing up at sites, because all your junkmail gets sent there, instead of your regular mail box.

*shrugs* Google makes a great junkmail box. And that's what i've used it for.
