Well, I was strolling thru the gamestore today during lunch and what did I spy? A GC with a shiny RE4 demo!! How many ways can you say cool?? beigelaugh.gif
Let's start by saying that the game looked great. GREAT, great. Sure, all teh RE games look great, but this one was prerendered and it still looke great. (5th great so far...)
The controls were good. Compared to all the other RE games, that is. You could actually use the analog stick! Forward was the way you were facing and not forward being press up to walk forward regardless of what way you are actully facing. The only bad thing was that during the action (shooting) parts, the controls weren't inverted so I often looked to the sky when I should have been blasting a (not) zombie thru the chest. I didn't have a chance to see it this control mechanism was changeable. I really hope it is or else I will be screwed.
So, I only got to play for about 5 minutes, but what little I did play made me want this new RE game in a big way. It's set to release like mid(?) January so that'll leave us all time to finish our x-mas games just in time for this treat.
Yeah!

Cool! This is like the only other game that I'm looking forward to this winter.

Yeah Leon's lookin pretty slick these days. beigelaugh.gif It'll be a while before the game drops, but I think it'll be worth the wait.

Sweet. I think that is a good thing for me because I don't use inverted controls. I'm still having that trouble on the Metroid Prime demo on DS but maybe I'll get used to it and be able to use both eventually. Maybe this will be a good birthday gift for me.
