It lives! PSO GC online is free. Thanks to the handywork of a Schthack. It was so sweet, I went on the legit ship and did Heat Sword with some Hunewearl equiped with Sealed J-Sword and lumionus force or whatever its called.

They have all the quest (complete with typos and minspellings. ) anda one special one made up by Schthack, Its great! They even plan on having the halloween events and everything. The guild card sytem works too. (Shiho: inept force with soft 34D funbags ) Although I'm sure most of us have had enough of our fill with PSO, it would be cool to give it one last go and have an AT soccer field meeting saying goodbye to PSO and welcomeing PSU.

Its simple to connect too. All you have to do is go to your online setup and just manually input the DNS numbers into the ones given at the site and BAM. Free pso!

I'v been trying to do this and managed to successfully get to the lobby welcome screen. But when I press a button and close the welcome message to try and bring up the ship lists, it dosun't happen. The game just hangs for about 5 mins and then disconnects.
It seems quite a few people have the exact same problem on their boards, and haven't seen an answer to try and fix this issue yet.
Guess I'll have to wait and see. Would have been nice to play online again tho.

Well if its any consolation for people who cant play the online community is pretty dull. There are very few people and the ones that are there leave much to be desired. Ran into some guy asking me for free items, then another one who reminded me much of our favorite buddy Zio. I love this game haha. Although I did game with this all right Humar so you know, its not all bad.

I tried to get on last night just to test it out, but the address you posted here didn't work... or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Do you put the same DNS address in both boxes (primary and secondary DNS), or just leave the 2nd one blank, or put something else in the 2nd box?

I don't have a Gamecube with me to test it out. So I'm not sure but the numbers usually change everyweek.

I usually put the number in both Pimary and Secondary and it works for me. Although it not really necessary to put it in the Secondary. Just primary.

Its prolly non static on purpose, since it's GC PSO's they are still supported by Sega and as such making this server illegal pirating, and such making it some what harder. That or the dude is just a cheap skate

Yeah, the number Bryn posted works. Seems like they have a bunch of different numbers for when the main one doesn't work. Also it seems like not all the numbers work for everyone. I was also reading up on it and it seems like we can make our own connection number as well. I'll probably fiddle with it on the weekend since I need my PC for it.
