They probably won't offer this thing as a download. If that were the case, I'll bet many Japanese people will be surprised when they get their mail.

I went ahead and put an aplication in. Even if I don't get in beta it's still gonna be great to get new movies/pics of PSU!

Sounds like a lottery to me the way this is happening.
Damned if I didn't think of trying, but I highly doubt it'd happen for me, haha.
Would be nice if an AT'er got in there for us tho.

I was skimming posts at PSOW, and saw something about a 3 gig download for the install.

No idea if this "exclusive item" will apply to the beta. As for how rares are handled, that's still very much up in the air.
