that match was amazing. Italy's goalkeeper had one of the most amazing blocks ever in the first OT.
I have never seen France play that dirty either....not just Zidane's redcard move but the whole team.

Yeah but there was alot more going on that we as spectators aren't aware about. The Italians have a way of provoking other player and, Zidane is a pretty serious guy who doesn't fuck like we saw yesterday. I laughed my ass off when he earned his readcard. Also the Italians team themselves can't claim an untainted victory as there have been rumours about the italian Mafia buying off Refs and players to win matches.


Personally, my favorite teams where Mexico, Ecuador, Ghanna, and England. I also feel that some of the teams that where eliminated early should have made it farther. But either way I was happy to see the Italians win since there is a huge Italian community in my city and after the victory it was like an unofficial holiday/festival that day in my town. Free food, music,fireworks, Good times.
