Ok, this is the 2nd time in 2 days that my game has locked on me online and loose all items and meseta that are not equipped or in the bank.

the first time around i lost a high pow devil wing mag, rappy fan, guilty light, egg blaster with high % to dark and a few other things...that pissed me off.

but dive and friends were nice enough to give me some weapons and a mag cell to get me back up and running.

so i had a wals mk2, a justy rifle and a guilty light, and the mag cell gave me a chu chu mag.

so i lock again this morning and lost the justy, the wals mk2, 2 trigrinders, a couple mats and about 50k of meseta.....

This GC hard locking on me thing is getting really fricken old. ><"

I feel your pain. >.< The fsod issue seems worse on the GC version than it was on DC. I think most people who have been playing the GC version for a while have just learned to work around it.

Where are you locking up at? Is it in game, switching lobbies, or joining games? Some activities are much more prone to fsod than others. Exiting a game into, or trying to join a busy lobby with a bunch of chair sitters is almost a sure fsod (at least for me anyway ). But in-game lock-ups seem pretty rare.

I guess the only advice I can offer is: Don't carry extra equipment (unless you have a spare, or feel like risking it) on you in game, and make sure you bank enequiped stuff before leaving.

i have gotten both times now when going to a lobby, whether from exiting a game back to the lobby or doing a transport to another ship. =/

I agree with Bryn...do not carry stuff that you can not equip. I only carry two weps when in a game and always deposit stuff before leaving a game.

FSOD does not but me..except for the fact that I have to buy mates and stuff again...puts me back about 30k meseta each time!

yeah it just sucks to HAVE to do that though, y'know? =/

Yeah, I know, but it has become such a routine that I just do it without thinking. I always unload before exiting a game or beginning a quest.

Because I get FSOD'ed so much I have a 4 weapon limit now.

When I go to fight bosses, I use only 3 and equip the one most important to me just in case I get Teleport FSOD.

I always dump my weapons now before leaving a game.

If I forget and sign on with all my stuff then as long as I don't enter a game, I'm good because I won't lose anything if I FSOD.

Now when I enter busy lobbies I use the Guild Card Search thingy and look for anyone in the higher lobbies.

I usually get FSOD when I'm entering lobbies so if I do lose anything I blame it on myself.
