Neato, another meeting...although I have been pretty silent on the boards for the last week or so. Nothing to post I guess.

It will be interesting to see how many we can pack into a lobby. Another great get together. I'll be sure to be there. Maybe finally meet some new people since I have not been around Altair much for a while.

If needed I can cover some pics if we have to split lobbys. By the way, does lobby 15 supposed to hold more people then, say, lobby 11? Might not be a bad idea if so.

Well, there may still be some people playing well after the meeting has finished. I am sure it will be well documented...with pictures! When you get home be sure to check, some of us may still be there in game or what not playing the night......morning away. Midnight central is 10PM pacific so I will definatly be on, along with many others I know of that stay on til the wee hours of the morning. I will be around somewhere...if not in Altair as will the most of us I assume.

Edit: Well PST is now in daylight savings time, so I don't know for sure. PDT? maybe? Fact of the matter being that I will be on for sure as will many I am sure.

Im pretty sure that there will be many of us still on after the meeting is over. As I recall the last meeting A certain sleepy sgt. dropped by late with a hangover, but still meet up with us. This was well around 12 in the am.
So although you might miss the main event, you might be able to make the after party.

I'll be there this time. If we end up battling, I want Crawurm's blood.

In that case, it would be wise for everyone to deposit all their non-equipped items. Sometimes a full lobby will FSOD you. Better to be safe then sorry. Hopefully I'll still be in town when it all goes down. ;-)

While it is always a good idea to keep important items banked when lobby hopping, I wouldn't worry over much about fsod-ing during the meeting since it will be taking place in a soccer lobby, which can hold a ton more people than the regular lobbies.

I think the max was like 20-something.

Hmm, I might not make it. I'm supposed to go to Florida sometime next week, and that's the day I'll probably leave. :/ I guess I'll just have to wait and see...I may not even go to FLA until much later.

I thought it said lobby 11, if I am not mistaken that is not a Soccer lobby...it is one of the old school lobbys...correct me if I am wrong. Were we going to meet in lobby 14 or 15 instead?

It may have just been a typo on clay's part. Judging by the turn-out last time, no way could any other lobby hold so many of us.

I hate it when my DSL goes offline from time to time. It makes me wish I had a 56K backup adapter for my GCN.

I have a modem on my computer that I have had to use on occasion for that exact problem. Actually, I did the other night when I was making a fuss about my DSL being down in a recent post...if anyone remembers.

OK, so what exactly are we doing here event-wise? It's said "to be announced" for some time now, and tomorrow's the big day. If you're trying to spring a surprise on us, than it's understandable.

Well, last time it was a big get together for everyone get together, guild card exchange, and get to know everyone kinda of meeting. It may, from experiance last time, consist of a rewards part, and then the fun part at the end. Maybe some battles, cmode, general playing, etc. Truthfully I do not know exactly what is planned, but it should be fun none the less.

I operated on my TV last night so I could get my SVIDEO out working so now I can take pictures once again with my video capture card. It is amazing these days that most problems in electronic equipment going bad has to do with sloppy or cold soilder joints! I wish I had a RGB input on it, but such is life. It would be dang expensive I think. I was messing around with it last night taking pics for someone to get it working again. So, if we need any other "picture takers" it is as easy as opening up Adobe on my computer over here.

You can expect to see me there, I'm redoing my FOmar Makoto before he gets too much higher and I'm also going to put him on a new card just to be safe. I'll probably show up as Makoto but I will probably end up switching between both of my active GC chars throughout the Night. I'm also bringing a close friend to meet some of you guys too.

Just be sure you point him/her out before clay runs him out of the lobby.

Sure I will. Some of you may already know him though. I also may be like 15 mins late because I gotta go eat and I gotta do a Transfer before I get on.
