For the uninitiated, my grandmother has been very ill due to bone cancer, which spread to her liver. Well, she just passed away this afternoon. :( I am thankful I got to know my grandparents as I did. Thank God she's in a better place now. Not sure what we're going to be doing so I may or may not make it Sunday night.

Well, just don't cut into your "rebuilding" time (if you know what I mean) just to make it to the meeting.
I'm really sorry to hear about your grandma.

I understand that while you've been aware of what was going to happen, and preparing for it, that doesn't necessarily make this any easier. My sincere sympathies on your loss.

My thoughts are with you and your family. My grandmother died a year ago around this time, my family took it pretty hard as we are very close.
Don't concern yourself with Sunday's meeting. There will be plenty more.

Well that's a big coincidence. I was right there with the rest of my family when it happened. She opened her eyes for a few seconds (looking up, as if she saw an angel or two), then nodded off into a peaceful abyss.

*nods* there is mystery in death, an enigma that perhaps can never truly be answered scientifically.. =. what we know is what we feel, some even call it faith ~ for a better place & time far beyond us, where loved ones go when they owe nothing more to the world we currently know.. ^.-

Thank you guys for all your kind words. She couragiously hung in there till the very end, and will always be an example of true courage for me and the rest of my family. This whole thing has taught me that life is too short to waste on such things as petty grudges. As such, I've decided I'm going to leave PSOW alone from here on out. No more "down with PSOW" symbols or any of the other pranks I've pulled on them the past couple months. As for Sudany's meeting, well, that would make a nice diversion to keep my mind off of things.

Well, we had the funeral today, and it was very nicely done. So, I'm good to go for tomorrow unless my cousins want me to go somewhere with them tomorrow night.
