Well, I finally joined the dark side.
For the first time, in my long PSO career, I made a HUnewearl this morning. I have heard and read all the wonderful things about them, but I never understood until now. Hunnys kick ass! Not only does she look sharp in her purple outfit, but she can whoomp a booma in just three hits! Right out of the Academy For New Hunter's in fact! Not to mention the spells! Oh the spells!
As a long time HUcast player, I must say it's nice to have both the weapons and the spells at my disposal. Maybe it's my new found fondness for my FOmar that is turning me this way.
Be on the lookout for a purple fireball named Drawing coming to a Ragol newar you!

*grins* Once you go HUnny, you never go back. ^-^; As you know, I've been leveling my semi-new HUnewearl, Mackenzie as of late. I'm really trying to get her to Ultimate. I really grown attached to her, and I do believe she will replace Dot as my #1 Hunter character. I can't wait to see 'Rinn's response to this. ;-P

And once you get to the 100s, you rinn, Linka, and myself will be a formidable team.

Since you're used to having "less-than-spectacular" ATA with your HUcast, your HUnny's low ATA shouldn't bother you too much. HUnny's ATA grows slower than HUcast's, but has a higher maximum... so my advice to you is put LOTS of DEX on your mags. ^.~ Rinn's mags typically have 95 DEX.

Anyways, I can't wait to meet her. =) I'll have to dig up one of my low level characters so we can play together.

I battled just a few days ago. It was a disaster! I even managed to kill myself a few times! Yes, I got my ass handed to me.

As for the Hunnys and their shorts. They daisy dukes kinda freak me out, so I chose a more "conservative" outfit, with thigh high stockings and what looks like a bustier. :D
I took her out last night and found that she was getting whomped on by the eaisiest of Cave baddies. It was truely annoying. It's like, not only do the baddies have more HP online, they also seem to figure out a way to make me miss more. Curse you SegaTeam!
And since I am so used to playing a HUcast, I forget that the Lillys are actually dangerous! Stupid flowers!

Ever since I have started playing HUct I enjoy being able to ignore those dumb things...especially in cmode, heh. Flowers meet your doom! Just try to paralize a HUct...

I just stated leveling a HUnny offline myself. Shes 25 now, and sporting the second redoutfit with white hair. But I gotta say, she looks so much more badass then my HUmar with a RATI mag.

Well, that also depends on how tall he made his HUnewearl. If she's short though, then she would be like a Mini-Me of Mackenzie.
