Full Version: PSO ep3 trial
Well, I came across a few sites that sold the ep3 trial and will send you the final game when it comes out. I'm strongly considering getting Zeota to 190 and calling it quits to jump on this puppy. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

You can transfer characters I gather? Is that why you would want to level your existing character before giving the new EP3 a go?

Like I posted elsewhere, same HL works for both, so go ahead and buy the new one and play both. 
According to the info at PSOW, the trial has a propensity to corrupt your memory cards other files, so I wouldn't recommend transferring your character over until the real deal comes out. Go for the trial though, it sounds really cool!
Maybe we can meet up if you decide to get it.
The trial can use some english speaking players.

Monkey Donkey, how dare you have the trial and not post impressions or screens?
If you want some movies of the EP3 trial, go here Phantasy Star Online.it . The clips are courtesy of STE (his website lol) and they made me even more anxious for the release of EP3.

actually I don't have it.

Though I'm getting v1.1 though.
Even if I did have it crush, I would be too busy playing it to post anything about it till waaay later.

Yeah i saw those over at Shotie's from Forever Zero. I was gonna get it anyway, but seeing those movies makes me impatient!

Hmmm, I was just wondering if the trial supported english or not. If it did and there was a number of English Players. then I would consider getting it, but I probably would just play the trial and get the final american version since no HL is needed. [Must.........Remember....what....happennned......with............import......PSO EP I & II]. Whew, I'm glad I came back to my senses, but first Quarter 2004 is too far to wait[and can you spell d.e.l.a.y?]

thanks man, t his is very tempting, the only downside besides the cost is t he added cost with final version's hunter license. Although, I did just get 100 canadian, which is basically 80.. Give me a bit of time and I'll figure it out. Final version should be in all languages right?

I just got the email saying it's on its way, and it's been charged to my acc't. During last year's trial, they left the servers up for about a month past their initial date of shutdown, so the same could happen here.
