Okay, so I ve gone through this quest a couple of times now and finally got that dam shiva stone. Gallon tells me that to comeback later and he will reward me for that stone. I was told by some DC vets that there was a quest where you could exchange that stone in order to get a legit heart of poumn or something like that. So im assuming that eventually ST will bring that follow up quest some time later.

Now my question is to a certain area in the cave area. There are two parts where you are being chase by fire. My question refers to the first one. I have noticed that after that smasher thing,around the last stretch there are three buttons. Its kinda hard to press those buttons in time as the smasher thing seems to obtruct ones view. But anyway, has anyone ever pushed those buttons? If you have, what happens? Do you even know what im talking about.?

Well, since you can get Heart of Poumn out of Ult Temple with Skyly, as well as another ID (forget which at the moment), I'd assume the rare for the 2nd part of the quest has changed...or maybe there won't be a 2nd part this time, and ST was just lazy in updating their old DC quests again.

Sonic Team having another episode of laziness?? I'll take that bet....and double down. I have no clue about your question, AC9....since I haven't touched the quest since the old DC days, myself.

Come to think of it, I don't recall if we ever got the best ending when we tried it back then....Khao??

No because we always messed up during the "ghosts" part. I always felt that to be rather cheesy, myself. -.-;

Well I finally got the elusive ???? stone thanks to the help of forever Zero. Its called Rakonian or something like that. Also, we managed to push the 3 buttons and found out that a rock explode to reaveal a *Gasp* BOX. But not just any ol box. Its one of those box that alawys hold an item. Not sure if the item is something special cause we alawys end up getting swallowed by the fire -_-;; .

As for sega updating the quest. I didnt know people could find that heart of poumn now. Maybe they just changed the rare you get. Maybe its an Unsealed J-sword or something!
